Feo, I found your chart showing calcium, magnesium, Ca/Mg really interesting. Looking back at my tests, for the most part you could take magnesium and multiply it by 10 and get my calcium, i.e., magnesium was 21 and calcium was 215. Even when Ca finally dipped below 100 to 55, Mg was 5. Next test was 87 for Ca and 9 for Mg. But your magnesium stayed close to the ideal of 6 the whole time. I don't know if mine is typical. With your Mg staying so low, you ended up with very high Ca/Mg ratios which is blood sugar. Wondering how those made you feel? Symptoms of hypoglycemia or pre-diabetes? Also, if you did blood work during that time, did your blood glucose or H1ac reflect it? My P continues to remind me that I need to eat fewer carbs since my blood sugar ratio is too high. The last few tests have been 10 or over. As you know, ARL sees 6.67 as ideal, and anything above 8 isn't great. I'm really trying to work on the carbs and mainly get them from vegetables and an occasional apple. My problem is that when I am dumping copper, veggies do NOT sound good but bread and blue corn chips do. Other people have also said that it's hard to stomach veggies when dumping copper so they also indulge more in bread, corn chips, etc. Did you crave certain things when dumping? Interesting. I haven't had symptoms of hypoglycemia for about 5 years. It didn't seem to change with cal/mag ratio and my practitioner never mentioned it? My ex-practitioner has everyone on a high fat diet. I wasn't eating a lot of carbs at all.

Yes, those blue corn chips are too good! Selenium helps detox mercury. I also take selenium as one of the optional supplements. If I'm dumping a lot, though, I will skip it. My mercury does seem to be coming out more lately.
Back to your magnesium, Feo. I looked at my husband's hair tests, and his Mg goes up and down with his Ca. Were you taking anything not recommended on the program that could have kept yours so low? I'm no expert on whether most people have Ca and Mg move up and down together. Maybe our results aren't typical.

I read on Dr. Wilson's site, www.drlwilson.com, last night that Mg over 9 indicates biounavailable so maybe for us, along with the Ca being biounavailable, they both needed to come out. Yours staying low may be a healthier indicator.
