Hi Guys this is my Story:
I was very active running and excersising from 15 years old till the age of 22.Also I like studying a lot, I spent early years in University doing an Engineering degree in the mornings and Foreign languages in the afternoon, I felt I had all the energy in the world, I could run for 2 hours 5 days a week, recovering normal. When I finished my 3 year in University, I moved to another country, and as I dropped out of University I had more time to train, I was training 5 days a week 2 and half hours at the gym one hour running the rest body building I was actively taking protein whey in the wrong way so I started to getting fatter, i increase the intensity of running and cut eating fairly. Then I step to a period of constant tiredness and could not excersice any more and stay literaly in bed for 3 to 4 months, it was hard to realize what had happened as I was a healthy person and I Though I could handle this. i could do little at that moment I was taken to severals doctors at the end no one could give an explantion for that some say I just did not get adapted other say depression. I have recovered and then tried to excersise as I used to do but again fall into the same episode , today I can barely go to the gym I get easily stressed and feel This could get worse if I dont treat it correctly. The things that affect me the most are:
Running
Staying too much in front of the computer.
Exercise for more of two consecutive days, even if I train very soft.
Stress is a killer for me,
Alcohol, I try to avoid it, I almost don't drink
Any good doctor, advise program, on the web or advise you could provide will be great. I currently live in the US.
