Have any of you used l-cysteine for copper dumping symptoms? It's supposed to bind copper as it's coming out and make it more bearable.

Recently i have been doing copper detox and very stimulating, despite taking heaps of bile
Really doubting if supplements are enough to deal with detox

Yes, I agree with you. Coffee enemas seem to be the most beneficial for detox, but even they have their limits. I have found that a choline/inositol supplement (250 mg) sometimes help me with a copper detox headache.
