Could anyone share experiences with taking vitamin D?
Does it cause any stimulation or anxiety?

I have not heard of that. But for extreme cases, almost any supplement can cause reactions

That hasn't been my experience, either. I take 5000 I.U. daily, and my blood tests show that the Vitamin D level is in a very good range now. It took a while to get there. From everything I read about it, it's a very important vitamin/hormone for us.
How are you doing, adrenalhealing, with your protocol? What are you taking?

Well i'm taking mostly paramin and magnesium for now. I have just started vitamin d daily for a few days. will be trying limcomin again or zinc to see if it causes anxiety. i also take gb3 for digestion
energy is quite low atm, fell tired easily from walking or standing.
had a crash 2 weeks ago, and body tend to sweat or heat up at times so being cautious with supps in case they worsen my sympathetic symptoms.
once that subsides i will be trying more things.
how about you Phoenix? how are things doing for you?

I'm making good progress. My latest hair test was one of my best with my calcium lower (I've always been very high, this one was 70...normal is 40), magnesium and sodium were both perfect which has never happened before. Potassium was better. I continue to dump metals.
I feel more energetic most days, and I still have days of active detoxing. So the body will use increased energy to continue to "clean house."
What did you hair test show?
