Is there a website, similar to how Dr Wilson's site is for ARL, for TEI, which explains the theory behind TEI and what things it prescribes?
And does TEI deal with detox later on or it doesn't deal with detox at all?

ARL has its own site, www.arltma.com. While Wilson's is very good, it's not the official ARL site. If you had questions about ARL, the consultants there are very helpful and would be glad to answer any questions. You could probably Google Trace Elements (not sure what the I stands for) and find their site.

The premise behind NB is to give the body what it needs, i.e., has been lacking, via minerals, correct diet for your oxidation type, plenty of rest, any lifestyle changes that are needed (if someone is exercising too much, for example), etc. and then the body will begin to heal and have the energy to "clean house" or detox. Coffee enemas are specially helpful to do from the beginning, though, as they help the colon and liver become healthy. Those are detox organs, and they usually are not functioning the best when someone has become ill. Also, using saunas regularly are helpful. They fall more in the detox category but often make a huge difference if progress is slow. I didn't get an in-home sauna until I had been on the program for several years. My progress sped up right away, and I wish I had been using it all along.
Let us know what you decide to do. I live in Phoenix and have regular contact with ARL since I pick up my supplements from them. Doug Eck is one of the owners of the lab and one of Dr. Eck's sons. He is great about answering questions and was himself copper toxic at one time. So he has lived the program!! I think he only works Wednesday through Friday. Ask to speak to him directly if you have any questions about ARL and/or the program. As you can see, I have the utmost respect for the lab, their supplements, and the free help they offer clients.

Dr Wilson does push detoxification faster than TEI. But I have found the coffee enemas super helpful. It's whatever you feel better trying. Neither program is perfect, and in either case, don't expect the supplements to do everything. I really think lifestyle, mediation, learning to let things go, etc, is more important than supplements.

Feo, I agree that changing your lifestyle as needed is very important, but I would have never gotten better just by doing that. The supplements have been a huge part of my journey. I think everything together brings healing, but, if zinc is low as mine was (with copper being high), taking more zinc was vital. And the rest of the supplements work as well. It's a whole program with each part needed.

Yes, I agree too. I got into this mess because of my thinking style and its impact on having stressful relationships. I will need to work on my thinking too. It's not going to be easy
