Has anyone tried SBF?
How did you go? Did it help or create problems? Was it stimulating?

I've been on it once or twice when my Na/K was less than 2.5. I really don't remember how it made me feel, but it is effective for getting one out of an inversion. Does your hair test call for it? If so, I suggest starting out with half a tablet on the first day and see how you do. Many people are sensitive to supplements and have to slowly build up. If you are working with Analytical Research Labs directly or with a Dr. Wilson-trained practitioner, they are well versed in what supplements to prescribe for hair tests. Years of experience behind them.

Sorry what do you mean by an inversion?
Yes my practitioner prescribed it as part of the test. I will hold off on it. Even half limcomin can bring about some anxiety so slowly waiting for my oxidation to slow down before I try anything else. Paramin is very helpful though.

An inversion is when the NA/K is less than 2.50. Read about it on Dr. Wilson's site. Not a good place for the body to be...I started out there but came out of by the next test which was less than 3 months later. It's good to go slow on the supplements; however, I wouldn't be afraid to try a small amount of one, maybe even a quarter of a tab. These supplements will help you begin to get healthy along with the rest of the recommendations.
