I've never heard of those symptoms parasympathetic dominance myself. For most people with adrenal fatigue, they are wired … But tired.
So they have strong sympathetic dominance, but don't really have the energy anymore to act on it. A classic symptom is being physically exhausted, But still resisting going to bed.
Calming down your nervous system is the only way to heal. I wouldn't worry about being too calm. 😃
