Has anyone used molybdenum to help with copper dump symptoms? I understand that it can raise sodium as well. I'm interested in any effects it had. Thanks!

Thanks! phoenixceliac I took it for a while and 2012 when working with Anne Louise Giddleman. But I stopped when working with one of Dr. Larry Wilsons practitioners. He has an article indicating he doesn't like molybdenum, but unfortunately like most of his articles, it's hard to tell fact from opinion. As there are no references

I can relate. When I started working with one of his practitioners, I was told it was toxic. And, yes, the frustration is there. Rather than offering references so that clients can be educated on why something may be toxic, he just states that it is. I spoke to Doug Eck who owns ARL's lab, and he said it isn't toxic...didn't know what was meant by that. And they suggest clients who think it could help them to add 1 per meal. I have been using it for the last 3 months and feel it does help. There is no "magic bullet" for the symptoms of copper dumps, but it has seemed to help. I was doing 2 at a time, usually only a total of 4 a day. But I will cut back to 1 at a time. I just sent in a hair test and am curious (as always) as to what changes have taken place.
