The blue light filter makes the image more yellowish and less bright. So it is less stimulating than a normal screen

Wow, I can't believe I missed this thread that started way back in May. There's so much to take in here. 1. Feo, I'm so sorry about your wife's cancer. Is she doing okay? If you have any resources on Vitamin K, let me know. This is the first I've heard of it in relation to AF, so I'd like to hear about dosage and what benefits people are having. 2. Adrenalhealing, can you tell any difference in your computer screen with the blue light filter? Does the screen look the same? I really need help with computer usage at night too. I think you are right about the sleep schedule. I've heard a few different sources mention this, including Dr. Lam and Dr. L Wilson. I had pretty much given up on this for a long time, since I felt like it was a Catch-22 (like I needed to sleep early to heal, but I also needed to heal first in order to sleep early). I'm going to double my efforts on this and try to report back in a few weeks. 3. Phoenix, send me a PM about the NB situation if you don't mind. I might get back on NB next year, and I think my P was removed. I'd like to know exactly what went down with FB. Regarding going to bed early.....I just did a survey on the site. Out of 338 people, 62% said they fight their sleep even when they are tired. So very common for adrenal fatigue. It's that feeling of always having to do something. Hi.... my wife is doing much better. She is back to work. I've been reading this book on iodine. Amazing. It make a strong connection to iodine deficiency and breast cancer. www.amazon.com/Iodine-Crisis-What-About-Wreck/dp/098603200X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1474317896&sr=8-1&keywords=iodine+crisis

Vitamin K is connected to the liver more than the adrenals, but there is a connection to chronic stress. The name adrenal fatigue is not great to be honest. It puts too much emphasis on the adrenals, and there is much more to it than that. Chronic stress syndrome would be a better name. When you were under stress, your liver doesn't make much bile. It makes glucose for energy. It takes energy to make glucose or bile. So it focuses on glucose. So toxins accumulate in the liver. Later, when adrenal fatigue gets worse, you don't have enough energy to make Bile or glucose, hence the low blood sugar And since vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin, and bile is needed to absorb fat. ...you don't absorb fat, and you don't absorb vitamin K. Easy bruising is a symptom of vitamin K deficiency. My wife had that for years. Many people with adrenal fatigue have easy bruising. I am on the iPad, so difficult to insert links. But Dr. mercola has a good article in vitamin K. It's a really difficult vitamin to overdo.

Sorry I missed this. Yes the blue light filter really makes a difference. The screen is less brighter with a warm yellowish color.
